  Oh ok, and Gesipa is a strange company and the people there don't like to train people even if they are told to do so. Gesipa is known for replacing people after the person trains them so they don't train there. I cant say that there is a racial disposition but one thing I can say if one person says something bad about you its over. Gesipa uses very unfair labor tactics and will change the schedule on you in a heart beat and without warning so you have to check your schedule when you come in and when you leave. The people that are permanent there have a very disrespectful disposition and will disrespect you and if you say anything back to them you will be fired.
  
  These are some of the things you have to deal with there and for minorities with any type of education is a definite no go , they will get them out of there and I mean the production staff not per say management but once the production workers put the bad mouth on you your gone , no questions asked. I was there for several months and they didn't give me a chance to learn anything and if it looked like you were learning it they would move you. I saw them do this to several people and then they did it to me so I'm letting you know that this is not a good company to send someone to unless they are not a machine operator. If the person is trying to be a machine operator that's where the nonsense starts.
