  Taylor and the other gentleman working today ( didn't catch his name) are extremely helpful and patient. They were able to correct a problem that previous reps were unable to diagnose. I was able to save time by avoiding the automated system, and not waiting in line at one of the larger Verizon stores. Thank YOU!!!!

  Might as well not have a telephone listed for store as no one answers it - but if you decide to go to store staff is helpful and very nice
